◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders are permitted to participate; individuals without tickets may not accompany or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please arrive on time. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
◗ Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
◗ If participation is canceled due to reasons beyond your control, no refund will be provided.
