The workshop includes engraving. You can engrave English letters, numbers, and icons (engraving is not available for certain styles).
How to measure ring size for a gift?
● Sizing Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the sizing chart.
● Inform our staff of the approximate height and weight. Ring size adjustments can be made at the studio after completion.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and safe to wear during showers. Depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity), the rate of oxidation may vary. Oxidized silver can be restored to its original bright white luster by cleaning with toothpaste, silver polish, or a polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished pure silver: Gently brush the item with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use the polishing cloth in conjunction with cleaning to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new. The polishing cloth is for regular maintenance, gently wiping metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polish
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver polish solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the item with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use the polishing cloth in conjunction with cleaning to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new.
Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver polish, as it will remove the black coloring and revert it to its original silver color.

**Workshops start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the schedule or cancellations for confirmed workshop bookings must be made at least three days prior to the class.
Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund but can be transferred to the purchase of other merchandise or classes.
● Samples are available for try-on at the studio. Exchanges for styles of the same price are also possible (subject to availability of materials on site).
Upgrades to higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples. This helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home on the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Participants are responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with safety rules after being advised.**
★ In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government directives for safety. A new date will be scheduled accordingly.
