However, the brand offers an exchange service within seven days for items with defects. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the jute fabric or differences in color or pattern from the photos are advised to consider carefully before placing an order. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging.
