Handmade hand-painted one-of-a-kind
Diameter 7.8cm Height 7.7cm
It is a cup that is painted with red, blue, and green glazes and overglaze after being unglazed with white makeup mud on red clay.
The mouth rim is covered with a smooth green Oribe glaze, and the inside is covered with a transparent glaze that brings out the white makeup mud.
The glaze and makeup mud are basically hand-painted.
The paint marks and shades of the brush give it a taste.
The motif is based on Kenzan Ogata's plum flower prose of the Rimpa school and arranged it.
I think the slanting lines made the design look like modern art.
The colors are in the style of Harunobu.
This cup is thick and fluffy.
* Unlike porcelain, pottery (soil) has a soft and warm surface.
In addition, there may be pinholes (holes in the glaze) and small glaze peelings that are not problematic for use, but these are also the characteristics of the "earthenware" and we hope that you will consider them to be a taste.
The imperfect beauty peculiar to clay is attractive.
Since pottery is earthenware, when you hold it in your hand, it has a more rustic impression than the one in the image.
However, once you get used to it just at the beginning, you will be able to feel the texture and simplicity of the real thing.
