All the ores in the store are brought back by us personally from the Guangzhou Jade Market every one to two months (Guangzhou is the largest jade and ore processing/sales market in the world)
We control the quality and provide you with preferential prices directly shipped from the origin.
Supports testing by any Gemstone appraisal center, and can also send the appraisal center to issue an inspection certificate (extra fee)

What you need to know when purchasing-
1. Customized products and modified rings are exclusively customized. Except for defects/shipping errors in the product itself, no return or exchange service is provided.
2. The products of the Design Center have a one-month warranty. If the Design Center determines that the damage is caused by non-human factors, it can be repaired free of charge. If the damage is due to human factors, a separate quotation will be applied.
3. Customized products take about 15 working days, we will complete it as soon as possible!
