Agar plants are leaves from palm trees. We made handwoven bags using the fibers of agar with a studio in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Linen fabrics are attached as lining. Agar plants are green when they are younger, and the colors also differ according to the time and the place of harvest so it’s difficult to keep the colors even. This one is small size.
