Cherry cutting board oval

It is a little larger than A4. This large oval shape was made by a furniture craftsman who was asking me to make it when I started PINT. The material is cherry, and I still use it at home. I liked it very much and wanted to handle it as a PINT, but unfortunately it was decided that it could not be manufactured due to the material's convenience due to the large size of solid wood. This time, the furniture craftsman will be able to stop the production, and Mr. Miyazaki who will request the production will be able to make it, and this new size was born. The thickness is 2.4 cm, which is a solid thickness. It's not a particularly large size, but I think it's basically large enough for daily cooking at home. It's just a little bigger than A4, so it's easy to use in both depth and length. Since it is oval, the area is smaller than the square because the square is dropped, so it is good that it can be turned a little in the kitchen and the weight is slightly reduced. We use solid cherry wood, which is also thick. The presence of the material, but not too simple and not too heavy in appearance, is due to its shape and careful production finish. The sides are slightly carved inward and diagonally. This makes it easy for your fingers to catch when you lift it, and it can be used as a substitute for a handle, even though it has a simple shape and is stress-free. It also makes it look lighter. Because it is a simple cutting board, the quality of the material, the design of the details, and the attention to detail stand out. In particular, it's a tool that I use every day, so I think it's comfortable to look at and feel. I used to make cutting boards, but this one is made by Makoto Miyazaki, who is making it in Kishiwada, Osaka. The cherry material is a little soft against the kitchen knife. Also, a material that changes color deeply just by leaving it. As you use it and wash it repeatedly, the color becomes deeper and you can enjoy the change over time. There are other types of cherry ingredients. [Material] Cherry Solid wood, 1 plate * Since it is a natural wood, the grain is different one by one. There may be small knots or dark areas. Please note that these are part of the grain. Among the knots, those that are dented or that interfere with the robustness or use are all excluded at the time of production. In the unlikely event that there is a problem in use from these parts, we will replace or repair it.
