Wish you had your very own ink color? Our custom ink service is here for you! Simply provide a color swatch and a brief description, and you'll receive a bottle of one-of-a-kind ink! Each bottle contains 18ml, crafted with imported British dyes, and is guaranteed to be pH-neutral and fountain pen safe. The bottles feature a premium matte glass design with labels printed on Tomoe River paper, ensuring you can accurately see the color. Here's how the customization process works: 1. After placing your order, please send a color swatch image via direct message. A swatch like this will work perfectly: https://i.imgur.com/tWZ6fTd.jpg You can save it as a JPG or PNG from built-in software like Paint or Word – no need for a large file. 2. Describe your desired requirements. You can provide examples of subtle adjustments to existing inks on the market. (e.g., "I'd like a bluer version of Winter General.") You can also share photos of existing ink swatches to help illustrate the feeling you want to convey. (e.g., "It could even be an impressionistic color inspired by a certain anime character.") 3. Optional additional requests: You can request the addition of shimmer. We likely have a variety of colors available, so feel free to ask. The amount of shimmer can also be discussed. Approximately two days later, I will provide you with a first test swatch. https://i.imgur.com/ButwvUR.jpg (Tested on Tomoe River paper, with minimal lighting and no adjustments.) For comparison, I usually select similar colors from major brands. **You can specify a comparison ink**, if I have it in stock. Minor adjustments can be made. Adjustments can include shades of depth or hue, but are limited to **within 20% variation** up or down. You are allowed three adjustments. Each additional adjustment will incur a fee of NT$30. 5. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made before packaging and shipping. Important Notes: 1. As this is a custom-made item, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 2. Due to variations in screen display and personal perception, certain colors may be difficult to replicate precisely with dyes (e.g., neon colors). We aim for the closest possible match, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Please place your order with trust. 3. Sheen and shading can only be attempted to the best of our ability; they are not guaranteed. 5. All custom-made inks are **non-waterproof, neutral, dye-based inks**. Special requests cannot be accommodated. 6. International shipping is not directly available.
