・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
・In response to epidemic prevention, please wear a mask. Measure your body temperature before entering, and you can only enter the venue if it does not exceed 37 degrees and complete alcohol disinfection.
・In order to promote environmental protection, only recycled bags are provided for the event.
・If you need to reschedule, you can contact the designer by private message to modify the date and time.
・Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructors. If there is any damage caused by violation, they should be responsible for it.
・If the participation in the activity is suspended due to reasons that are not attributable to Ou Xun Matheson, the money will not be refunded.
・If the class is suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Ou Xun Mathematics will take the initiative to contact to postpone or refund. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
・The experience activities will be taken by Ou Xun Matheson Co., Ltd. according to the needs. In the future, the photos and videos containing your portrait may be used for activity records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
