After the egg yolk pastry is out of the oven, the crust will gradually soften over time due to the influence of the humidity in the air. It is recommended to put it back in the oven to heat it before eating, so that it can return to its crispy and delicious state as if it was just out of the oven.
Heating method and precautions:
1. Generally, it is recommended to bake at 150-170 degrees in a household oven for 3-5 minutes. If it has been refrigerated, the baking time can be extended to 7-10 minutes. The time can be adjusted according to the oven power. Because the height of the small oven is relatively low, you can cover the egg yolk pastry with tin foil to avoid it being too close to the heating lamp and causing it to burn.
2. Do not use microwave oven to heat, it will cause the egg yolk crisp to explode!!
3. Okagaki-Floating Clouds is delicious without heating. It can be enjoyed directly after being refrigerated and returned to room temperature.
How to save
This product is freshly handmade, with a reduced sugar formula and no added preservatives. We ship at room temperature, but due to the hot weather in Taiwan, we recommend that you keep the product in the refrigerator to keep it fresh, and consume it as soon as possible to experience the best flavor.
