● Choose your design → Our artisans will provide hands-on instruction, guiding you through the joy of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving services for English letters, numbers, and certain patterns (some designs do not support engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to comfortably wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, consult the size chart.
● Please inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at our store after it's completed.

**Workshops start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop booking must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be converted into store credit for other merchandise or classes.
● Sample pieces are available for trying on at our store. You may exchange your selected design for another of the same price (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to a higher-priced item are possible with an additional payment; however, exchanges for lower-priced items are not eligible for refunds.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about available space in the classroom beforehand.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure everyone's experience is smooth.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials during the workshop. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a finished piece is irreparably damaged due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require repurchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Completed pieces can be collected on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to the pandemic, all participants are required to wear a mask to enter.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be asked to secure their hair with a hair tie or clip as needed for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after a warning will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of special circumstances such as typhoons on your scheduled workshop day, based on personal safety considerations, classes will be suspended in accordance with government announcements, and a new date will be arranged.
