【Preserved Flowers / Everlasting Flowers】
These are real flowers treated with special techniques to retain their fresh state. No watering is needed; place them in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. They can last for 1-2 years. The shape, size, and bloom stage of the plants are naturally presented and will vary slightly. They may also change over time (gradually weathering or fading back to their original color), all of which are normal phenomena. Please view these with understanding.
The flowers are hand-dyed, and each batch of floral material may have color variations. The resolution of each computer and mobile phone screen differs, so there may be slight color differences from the actual product (we will do our best to capture the original color during photography). These will not be accepted as reasons for returns.

To ensure the best shelf life for the product, Flower Mystery begins handcrafting after receiving your order, with shipping typically within 1-3 business days. To maintain production quality, please contact the designer before placing your order for large quantities or urgent needs, to avoid delaying your important occasion.
Product photos are of the actual items, but as plants are natural materials, their shapes vary due to natural growth. We cannot guarantee that each item will be exactly identical. If you are a perfectionist, please reconsider before placing an order.
Floral materials will gradually weather or fade back to their original color over time. Occasional petal shedding is normal. Please view this with understanding.
【Care Instructions】
Please place in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
If dust accumulates over time, gently brush it off with a soft brush.
With proper care, they can last for over a year. Gradual weathering or fading back to the original color over time is normal.

✿ In response to environmental protection, some workshop packaging requires an additional purchase (will be notified before the class). You are welcome to bring your own bag!
✿ To maintain the quality of the class, it is a small class with limited seating. Please do not bring companions to observe.
(Families are welcome to experience together; please inform us when booking.)
✿ After successful ticket purchase, you will receive an electronic ticket notification. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your electronic ticket at the check-in counter on the day of the event for entry.
1. Please complete payment when registering for the course. The studio will prepare your materials and reserve your spot.
2. Cancellations made 7 days before the class date are eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee, minus a processing fee.
Example: If the class is on May 4th, cancellations made before April 27th will receive a full refund (any processing fees incurred are the responsibility of the student).
3. Floral materials and tools for the floral workshop require advance preparation. Cancellations made within 3 days of the class date are non-refundable. However, we will complete the artwork for you and ship it.
4. If the class is canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, we agree to reschedule. The new class date can be arranged privately with the instructor.
5. Floral materials are natural plants and are seasonal. If there is a shortage, substitutions will be made appropriately while maintaining the overall design.
