1. If the course cannot be held for some reason, the fee will be refunded in full or the next course will be reserved

Due to the need to prepare materials in advance, only 70% of the fee can be refunded for cancellations after registration is established, and only 30% of the fees can be refunded for cancellations within one week before the start of the course. There is no refund for cancellations on the same day (you can find someone to take care of you)
