**✨ What's the Difference Between Essential Oil Perfume and Commercial Perfume? ✨**
Commercial perfumes can feel easily replicated – think of famous scents like English Pear & Freesia, where the aroma seems perfectly mimicked in everything from perfumes to laundry detergents and even bathroom fresheners. However, perfumes made with essential oils use more natural ingredients and are free from artificial fragrances, elevating their quality and making them far less likely to be copied. Plus, using them regularly is less likely to cause dizziness!

Choose from a selection of 20 essential oils to create your unique fragrance, adding rich and captivating layers to your scent. You'll also receive a workshop handout to deepen your understanding of the perfumery process. ・For registrations made the day before or on the event day, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before proceeding with your booking.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time; no separate SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Orders with unchecked payment are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once a session is full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Sub-paragraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the course commencement date, 95% of the total actual fee paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the course commencement date, 90% of the total actual fee paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and the day before the course commencement date, 80% of the total actual fee paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original session date. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new date. Failure to specify a new date will be considered a forfeiture of the fee. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the course, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to the pre-arranged materials and venue arrangements. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their fee.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not allowed to attend or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity or in special cases where a parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the studio in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop by the organizer for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
