We create our products embracing the unique characteristics of natural wood grain, so each item will have individual variations. Exchanges due to wood grain or color differences cannot be accepted. These are inherent features of wooden products and their finishes, unavoidable during the manufacturing process. Refunds are possible, but shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. 【Understanding the Characteristics and Precautions of Wooden Products】 ・When processing the wood, the corners may occasionally have slight chips where hard fibers or knots are encountered. Additionally, areas where the wood grain or knots appear darker may resemble stains, but they do not affect usability. ・The glossy patterns resembling tiger stripes are called 'Torafu' (tiger stripes) and are a sign of high-quality wood, indicating areas where the wood's nutrient storage cells have appeared. ・Knots are marks left by leaves or branches during the tree's growth. Small, black, dot-like knots are referred to as 'Pin knots.' 【Usage and Storage Precautions】 ◇ With use, the lid may show signs of lifting or warping, but this can sometimes revert with changes in humidity. This is a sign that the wood is breathing. ◇ Due to the nature of wooden products, they are susceptible to environmental influences such as temperature and humidity. Please avoid placing them in excessively dry or humid locations. ◇ Dust particles may become embedded in the painted surface, causing slight bumps. While each item is inspected, please understand that minor imperfections up to approximately 1mm are acceptable. ◇ Some products are manufactured with small gaps in the wood on the inside of the lid. This is a measure to prevent damage from wood expansion. ◇ Small amounts of varnish may adhere to the interior. This is difficult to avoid during the spray-painting process at the factory, and fully coating the interior would significantly increase costs, making the product less affordable.
