Philip Ashberry & Sons, founded in 1829, mainly sells silver-plated appliances. Its headquarters is located at 21 Bowling Green St., Sheffield. Another name is SAVOY and STAYBRIGHT for the company's early 20th century tableware brand. It was operated by the Ashberry family until 1935. In the same year, Lewis Rose & Co Ltd purchased its company and factory, and continued to use the Ashberry brand after World War II. The company was acquired by Guy Degrenne in 1976 and renamed Ashberry & Degrenne Ltd at Prospect Rd, Sheffield.
