The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items processed by our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving...
