To protect the rights and interests of both parties, if a course cancellation is requested due to personal reasons after payment, please notify us at least 10 days before the event. A 10% handling fee of the course fee will be charged for cancellations made 10 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event. In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, Tristar Metalworking Crafts will proactively contact you to arrange a refund or rescheduling.
