A single-serving dripper set based on the concept of "Nagomi." We want people to enjoy coffee more casually with Bizen ware, even when they're alone or in between work. The Bizen ware dripper "nagom" was born from that idea. The dripper, cup, and tray all fit into a cylindrical shape, blending seamlessly into any interior. In addition to our original flannel drip, you can also brew with a convenient paper filter (*) using the attachment included in the set. *Please use a conical paper filter (for single use) with a 60-degree angle. This is the nagom BASIC. Its overall light beige color brings out the natural color of the clay. The "hidasuki firing" technique (wrapping rice straw around the coffee before firing), a distinctive Bizen ware technique, leaves the straw-wrapped areas a vibrant red accent. The pattern varies depending on how the straw is wrapped, so no two coffee cups are alike.
