This is more than just a custom pillow; it's your unique, warm companion. We craft a perfect touch of gentleness just for you. Through the warmth felt by touch, let this pillow embrace you, embrace happiness. 🧶 Product Details ▴ Fabric: Both sides feature a delicate, soft ultra-short plush fabric, offering a skin-friendly touch. It's enhanced by high-quality digital printing for rich, vibrant colors. ▴ Exclusive Pillow Insert: An accompanying insert allows for easy removal and washing of the outer cover. The insert is filled with high-resilience, premium cotton, providing a fluffy, non-collapsing cushion. It includes a hidden zipper, allowing you to adjust the filling to make the pillow plumper or less dense. 📝 Customization Process 1. Select Your Perfect Photo: The final aesthetic depends on photo quality. Please choose high-resolution images where the subjects' faces are clear, lighting is sufficient, and colors are balanced. We strongly advise against using screenshots, photos with poor lighting, or out-of-focus images, as these can affect print quality. 2. Submit Your Image: Please send the original, unedited photo file via chat or email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We particularly recommend a dual-color combination, such as "one side white/light, one side colored," to add dimension and texture to your pillow. 4. Personalization Add-ons/Accessories: Please inform us if you'd like to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not specified before draft confirmation, the design will be based on the cut-out image. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, we offer one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments. Subsequent modifications will incur a fee. 6. Draft Confirmation: Once the design is complete, Xiao Hua will provide a "mock-up draft" for your review. Production will commence only after your written confirmation. 7. Production Time: Custom orders typically require 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For urgent gift needs around special occasions, please communicate with Xiao Hua before placing your order; we will do our best to accommodate rush requests. ⚠️ Purchase Notice (Important Information) 1. No Returns/Exchanges for Custom Orders: All items are exclusively custom-made to individual preferences and are considered special goods exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under consumer protection laws. Except for significant defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, color differences, or sizing discrepancies. Please understand and agree before ordering. 2. Screen Color Differences & Print Limitations: A 10%-15% color variance is reasonable between fabric prints and your phone or computer screen. Additionally, the sharpness of lines in fabric printing may not be as perfect as on paper. Minor color variations and slight bleeding are not considered product defects. Please consider carefully if you are seeking absolute perfection. 3. Cancellation & Change Policy: Once you provide your photo, we begin the customization process. Therefore, order cancellations or refunds are not possible. (A design fee of NT$300 per photo will apply if you wish to change your photo after it has been submitted but before printing). 4. Size Variations: Pillow shapes are cut and extended based on the silhouette of the photo. During the cutting and sewing process, a reasonable handmade tolerance of 3-5cm in final product size may occur. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or ownership of the photos you provide. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for copyright disputes involving celebrities, anime characters, or other protected intellectual property. 6. Production Explanation: Each pillow is meticulously designed by Xiao Hua. We carefully retouch the images during this process, striving to preserve fine details and textures like hair, while optimizing colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
