◯ No refunds will be issued once the workshop booking is confirmed. If you have important matters, please contact us to reschedule. ◯ If you feel unwell on the day of the class, please wear a mask or contact the designer to reschedule. ◯ Due to limited space, unregistered friends or pets are not permitted to observe or accompany during the workshop. ◯ To ensure the smooth progress of the activity, please try not to be late. ◯ Bookings confirmed for two participants must ensure both are present on the day of the activity. No refunds will be issued if two people do not attend together for any reason. If you have important matters, please contact us to reschedule. ◯ If rescheduling is necessary, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. ◯ In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure, the designer will proactively contact you to discuss solutions. ◯ During the workshop, the designer will provide baskets for storing personal belongings. Please keep valuables safe at your own discretion; the designer is not responsible for any loss or theft. ◯ Please follow the designer's instructions during the workshop to avoid accidents (otherwise, the designer reserves the right to stop the activity for safety reasons). ◯ The actual duration of the workshop may vary depending on the individual or chosen design. Please allocate ample time to avoid impacting subsequent plans. ◯ In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
