Cats and dogs have different skin properties and physiological functions than humans. Through comprehensive, systematic learning of professional pet aromatherapy home care knowledge, you will master the creation of 12 types of pet aromatherapy products in one session. These versatile formulas cater to pets' daily needs and are suitable for various skin types, making them highly practical for beginners.

・For online video courses, upon successful registration, the instructor will send a video conference invitation link before the class begins.
・Please download the required teaching software and ensure a stable internet connection before the class starts.
・The teaching content for online video courses is comprehensive, and a material kit will be mailed to you before the class begins.
・Please be punctual for your scheduled online session. Feel free to ask any questions at any time; the instructor will provide answers. Learn with peace of mind without direct contact!
**| How to Receive Your Material Kit |**
・Delivery or Convenience Store Pickup: The kit will be sent to the default shipping address you provided on the registration form or through the Pinkoi system. Please confirm your shipping address is correct!
・Preparation time for the material kit accompanying the experience is approximately 7 days. Due to recent uncertainties related to the pandemic, delivery times are subject to actual logistics arrangements.
・The experience price includes shipping fees for the material kit.

・After payment, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change your class date, please inform us at least 5 days prior to the event. Date changes are limited to one instance.)
・Refunds can be requested up to seven days before the class starts. Refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of purchased materials and textbooks, along with bank transfer fees. Please note this carefully.
・No refunds will be issued for any reason after the course has begun. Please consider carefully before registering.
