**Secrets of the Workshop**
✨Japanese Shimenawa (Shimenawa) are sacred ropes in Japanese tradition✨
They are typically used during the New Year period, symbolizing purification and protection. They are often seen at the entrances of shrines or in front of homes, intended to ward off evil spirits and welcome deities. By designing them into winter jasmine using dried flowers, we add to the festive atmosphere and celebration. This workshop, combining these two elements, allows you to personally craft a unique floral decoration to welcome the New Year!

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately cease, and orders without checkout will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
. According to the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
. For same-day cancellations, as the instructor's materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
. To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required, which is not subject to this restriction. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 people two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handmade classroom. This workshop includes self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to reschedule or issue a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. The organizer may use images containing your likeness for event records or other recruitment and promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
