Vintage British army issue wire cutters. This type was first produced towards the end of World War II, and they were still in use post war. These are marked "Rheidco", which was a German manufacturer of tools (Reinhard Heidfeld & Company, established in 1888).
This indicates that these were made in allied-occupied Germany post war. These cutters still work quite smoothly and are in fair condition with signs of usage and aging, such as oxidation.
