Please note your chosen character when ordering. For decorative motifs, please send your image file via PINKOI private message. Once we confirm the design is suitable for embroidery, we will inform you of the required print size for use on the day of the workshop.

- Materials are provided for one person and cannot be shared for multiple participants.
- No rescheduling or refunds will be offered for no-shows on the day of the event.
- If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. You may reschedule for a future date, but no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations made 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- If you wish to transfer your spot to another person, please provide their name and email address.
- In the event of a class suspension announced by the Kaohsiung City Government, we will contact you proactively to arrange a reschedule.
