- No-shows on the day of the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please notify us at least 1 day in advance for a full refund and cancellation.

- In the event of a school or work closure announced by the Kaohsiung City Government due to severe weather, we will proactively contact you to reschedule.
