Eggplants wrapped with Rose Petals| Xiaoling, 2015
Following the Pansy petal series, Xiaoling kept trying all other flower petals in her art works, mainly rose and hydrangea petals. They are used to wrap various vegetables, fruits and cookware, establishing a connection between the nature and life. For this piece of work, rose and African daisy are used to bring special texture to eggplants.
