Do not order if you cannot accept these terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches on the leather surface are inevitable. If the leather surface is not damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own personal scratches and marks, becoming darker and developing a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, due to different stocking times. Even on the same hide, different parts may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order ("customized"). Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" are not subject to an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that ordering "custom items online" may seem risky. If you have very specific standards, it might be safer to purchase from a physical store.
