Thank you🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【About flowers】** • Just like people all look different, the shapes, postures and sizes of natural flowers are also different. • All products will be carefully packaged. It is normal if some flowers fall off during transportation. Please forgive us. • Dream has tried its best to make the pictures close to the actual color, but there will still be color differences due to screen displays or different import batches. The color is subject to the actual product. The pictures are for reference only. If you are very concerned about the color difference, it is recommended to buy it in a physical store, which will better meet your needs. **【About flowerpot】** • Glass is handmade, so sometimes it is inevitable that there will be some flaws, such as slight scratches, small bubbles or uneven strokes under the light, which are all normal traces of craftsmanship **❖ Save method ❖** • Preserved flowers & dried flowers are afraid of moisture and water, please place them in a dry and ventilated place, the best storage humidity is 50-65 degrees (High humidity may cause mold, transparency, and staining) • If the environment is humid, you can turn on a dehumidifier or air conditioner. • Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade • Depending on the preservation conditions, the best viewing period can be up to 1-2 years (the flowers will fade over time) **❖ After-sales service ❖** Please record the opening process. If you have any questions after receiving the product, please don't be angry and leave a negative review. You can private message us to reflect the problem. Dream cares about the feelings of every customer and will do its best to help you solve it.
