Take an appropriate amount of herbal salt and place it in your bedroom, living room, reception area, or studio. Utilize the heat from the candle to release the fragrance of herbs and essential oils, achieving purification and healing effects. **Bathing & Foot Soaks** On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival at noon, add 30-40g of herbal salt to your bathwater and soak for 15-20 minutes. This will help cleanse and harmonize your body's energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and pure, and enhancing your daily energy state. **Burning Purification** 1. First, open all doors and windows to ensure good ventilation. 2. Use a heat-resistant container, such as iron or stainless steel. Do not use glass containers, as they may shatter and cause danger. Place a heat-insulating mat underneath to protect the floor. Do not reuse the purification container for drinking or food. 3. Use 95% or 75% medical alcohol. 95% alcohol burns more completely. Approximately 30g can purify a space of about 10 *ping* (approx. 33 sq. meters). If the ashes are light gray, it signifies the space has been purified. If they are dark or black, it indicates significant negative energy in the space; repeat the purification process until the ashes turn light gray. 4. Line the inside of the container with 2 layers of aluminum foil. Create a small mound with the purifying herbal salt, then pour in the alcohol, ensuring all the herbal salt is moistened.
