Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your neck to the desired pendant drop length in centimeters. 2. Alternatively, use a piece of string, lay it flat against your neck to the desired pendant drop length, mark where the ends meet, and then measure the string with a ruler. 3. The visual height of a given length can vary on each person. We recommend estimating your preferred length first. Please contact the designer in advance if you require a custom length adjustment. 4.
