We hope to convey the beauty and intrigue of the unique gradient created by the dye's diffusion. Though the design is voluminous and luxuriously layered, it is actually formed from a single, delicately dyed cord. The way colors transition based on a specific theme creates a three-dimensional layering of petals, which is then further enhanced with a touch of vibrancy by binding it with a separate colored cord. For this piece: A lush, dewy flower is sculpted with a deep blue, formed by the diffusion of vivid, bright blue and profound navy. This is accentuated by bright yellow and green, evoking a cool sensation. The depth and brightness interact, like the shimmering reflections of the sky or water, creating a dazzling blue. A strand of navy was chosen to bind it, providing a grounding contrast.
