Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. "Custom-made" products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product.) If you receive a defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the product you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. Within 1-3 days of starting the design, we will provide a draft for your review and confirmation. 6. After your confirmation, we will arrange for printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. We will inform you of the estimated shipping date. 7. Once your printed product is packaged, we will notify you on the day of shipment. If it arrives earlier, we will ship it out ahead of schedule.
