ABOUT ITEM'S ORIGIN (You can SKIP it!)
The history of RFT company began in 1923 in Germany. The company was called RFT Stassfurt. It was the time of the beginning of radio broadcasting in Europe, and the first superheterodyne radio receiver was the first product with the RFT brand. With the development of electronics, the range of RFT products expanded, amplifiers, wire and tape recorders, and turntables appeared. After the end of the Second World War, the RFT company, based in Strassfurt, found itself on the territory of socialist Germany, and the production of audio and video equipment continued. RFT tape recorders looked "western", but sounded better than the Soviet "Dnepr" and "Tembr". At the end of the 1980s, the two Germanies merged, RFT ended up in a single Germany...
ITEM'S CONDITION: NEW OLD STOCK
The tube was never used before, stored in good conditions and should be in fine working condition. No dings, no oxides, no white powder inside. Please examine item's photos.
Unfortunately I have no tube tester to provide more detailed features for it.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
* The ECC84 dual triode is designed to amplify high frequency voltage in cascode circuits.
* The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9A base pins is 47 mm tall.
* Weight: around 10 g.
* Made in East Germany (DDR) in 1960-1980s.
