Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags made with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized with each cut, meaning each item's distribution will differ. Ordering signifies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Due to manual measurement, there may be a 1-3 cm normal variance within international standard acceptable error margins. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed.
