After washing and drying your hair, place all of your hair inside the nightcap and bring the elastic part over your ears. *Please avoid using the cap when your hair is half dry.
●Since using a washing machine can put a lot of strain on the fibers, we recommend washing by hand.
After washing, do not wring it out too hard, but wrap it in a towel and gently spin-dry it, then dry it in the shade.
If washing in a washing machine, please use a laundry net, detergent for delicates, and the dry cycle.
