Items are shipped via airmail from the post office in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. Expected arrival for Asian countries is 1-2 weeks. (Please note that delays may occur due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.) We ship using a method that includes a tracking number but no insurance. If the item is returned to Thailand due to an expired storage period because of your absence during delivery, return shipping fees will be your responsibility. We handcraft our products using natural materials. Therefore, weaving, stitching, colors, and patterns may not be as uniform as mass-produced items. Furthermore, the dyeing, weaving, embroidery, and sewing techniques of the Karen people are traditionally passed down as domestic handicrafts integrated into daily life. They differ from professional techniques. While we strive for accuracy, our products, unlike factory-made or professionally crafted items, may not be perfect. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these handmade qualities, reflecting the craftsmanship passed down from mother to child, before making your purchase. *Payment. Please complete your payment within 3 business days of placing your order (including the order date). If payment or contact is not received within 3 business days, your order will be automatically canceled. *Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after payment has been made. In the event of a defect that arises before shipping, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. [Caring for Plant-Dyed and Hand-Woven Products] Plant-dyed products are less resistant to washing and sunlight compared to chemical dyes, and their colors will change with use. Please pay attention to the following points when caring for and using them. Friction or moisture may cause color transfer or fading. When wearing or using light-colored clothing or bags, be mindful of color transfer. Using dark-colored clothing or bags together may make any color transfer less noticeable. Darker colors, in particular, are prone to fading, so we recommend washing them once before wearing. When washing, we recommend hand washing separately from other clothes. If using a washing machine, use a neutral detergent, place the item in a laundry net, and wash on a gentle cycle separately from other clothes. However, machine washing may accelerate fabric damage and color fading. Avoid using a dryer and hang the item to dry in the shade. *About sizing.
