■ Metal Emblem: 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm (slight measurement error due to manual sizing) LOGO Design Explanation — Designers: Liu Hsi-chen, Lai Wei-hsun This design combines the Chinese character "府" (Fǔ) with the English "IF." The hand-brushed texture evokes the deliberate, slow strokes of calligraphy, symbolizing the profound cultural heritage accumulated over 300 years of Tainan's history as "Fucheng" (the official city). In terms of meaning, the character "府" takes inspiration from the eaves of city gates and the city walls. Today, the remaining city walls are often found as organic, soft forms in corners of the city, whether majestic, humble, or coexisting with nature. These walls have always been a shared memory and a part of everyday life for the people of Tainan throughout generations. Therefore, the color palette includes yellow, representing the remnants of ancient rammed earth city walls and also signifying harvest. Green symbolizes vegetation, as well as youth and vitality. Celebrating 300 years of Fucheng's establishment, we invite citizens to join in understanding the past and embracing the future.
