This aging process enhances the beauty and luster of your leather goods. Our chosen leather undergoes no surface treatments. Like human skin, cowhide naturally bears unique markings and minor imperfections from its life. Surface treatments act like makeup, concealing these natural traits. Leathers with significant flaws typically require such treatments. They require no special conditioning oils, as your skin's natural oils provide ample care. Regular use is the best way to maintain your leather item. If the leather gets wet, simply allow it to air dry in a shaded area. If prolonged exposure to moisture causes the leather to dry out, a thin layer of leather conditioner can be applied sparingly.
