Currently residing in Taiwan, she lives and works in a charming old apartment in Taipei, dedicated to carving and creating stamps. Formerly an editor for magazines and books at a publishing house, she now focuses full-time on stamp design. Each season, she releases handmade original art stamps. Her collected works include volumes no. 1-8, with over 100 stamps in volume 8. Her published books include: "A Handmade Life in 12 Hours a Week," "Rubber Stamps, Open the Door!," and "12 Lessons for Beginner Rubber Stampers: Next Stamp Class." Using erasers as her primary carving material, each stamp is meticulously crafted with slow, deliberate strokes. Her stamp designs often draw inspiration from everyday discoveries, landscapes and encounters during travels, and cherished interests (such as text / flowers & plants / geometry / nature / architecture...). She then deconstructs and combines these elements, incorporating layered lines, intersecting points, minimalist primary and secondary lines, foreign text, and meticulously drawn component symbols to form the stamp imagery. She enjoys pairing stamps and colors, creating unique solo or collaborative compositions with varying sizes, and employing repetition. Many of her graphic designs are also derived from snippets of her stamp art, extended through combinations of stamping and arrangement to create designs like postcards and washi tapes.
