(1) There will be a complete carton package for each group of products purchased. Since the products are installed and fixed for delivery in the whole group, they are usually in a relatively large box, and we will also considerately help you wrap them with bubble wrap, etc. Anti-collision material packaging.
(2) If the purchased product is a product that needs to be installed by yourself, because the customized size needs to be machine-cut and turned, the threads at the joints of the normal pipe fittings will be partially exposed. This is a normal situation.
(3) It is normal for iron parts to be stacked or joined together for welding operations, and the traces of solder joints are all normal.
(4) Different sizes of customized products must be quoted separately according to the situation. The wood boards of the products must agree that the distribution of texture, color and luster or wood knots cannot be completely consistent. Some small details and scratches cannot be 100% completely avoided.
(5) Customized products usually take time to wait. If the raw materials are extended or shortened, it still depends on the actual situation. If the time is urgent, please communicate with the designer in advance. However, urgent items are not accepted for the sake of quality, which is inconvenient. Please forgive me.
(6) The orderer must fully confirm the requirements of the customized product before payment. After payment, the order will be arranged and no modification can be made, unless he is willing to bear the cost of material loss.
(7) Overseas buyers please write to us to discuss the shipping cost before purchasing. If the custom-made material is too large, it cannot be shipped. Please forgive me.
►Try to avoid exposing the logs to the sun for a long time or place the high-temperature hot soup pot directly on the wooden table. Although the surface of the wood will be covered with protective paint or wood protection oil, the wood protection paint has the function of regulating moisture and has the function of Abrasion resistance, stain resistance, water repellency and other functions, but it is not waterproof, so soaking is prohibited to avoid paint peeling and decay.
