・Registration is confirmed upon completion of payment. ・A 15-minute grace period is allowed on the day of the class. Failure to notify the instructor of lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. ・Should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, please send a private message to Hao Ci Floral Art's official LINE account (@igc8211f) at least one day before the class to discuss rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted. ・If Hao Ci Floral Art studio is unable to conduct the class as scheduled due to force majeure, and rescheduling cannot be agreed upon with the student, a full refund will be provided. ・Each class is expected to last 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the work. It is recommended to keep your schedule flexible afterwards. ・Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials, and variations in color, texture, and size are inherent. These characteristics are part of the natural beauty and not defects. The creative process ensures that each piece is unique and cannot be an exact replica of the instructor's example. ・During the class, the instructor will assist with taking photos of the creation process and the finished arrangement (if you are shy, please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed). These photos may be used for future brand promotion. ・Preserved flowers require a dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight. They can last 1-3 years.
