1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience venue contacts you and we mutually agree on a date and confirm seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
