Please store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. // Cakes can be stored at room temperature for 7 days unopened, or refrigerated for 10 days. For room temperature storage, please keep in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Refrigerated storage for 10 days is based on the assumption that delivery is not delayed and the product is refrigerated immediately upon arrival. // The shelf life of all products is calculated from the manufacturing date and is indicated on the label at the bottom of the gift box. // It is recommended to consume immediately after opening to prevent changes in texture due to air exposure. As no preservatives are added, they are best enjoyed fresh. . . // Changes in Product Appearance // Some ingredients have natural characteristics that can change with environmental factors and the passage of time. Here we describe the various changes that may occur. ➊ Matcha Powder Products containing natural matcha powder may fade in color due to light exposure, whether it's natural sunlight or artificial lighting. ➋ Ruby Chocolate The ruby chocolate in our pink chocolate cookies will gradually turn a grayish-pink color over time. ➌ Various Chocolates Due to changes in ambient temperature, cocoa butter may migrate from the chocolate, resulting in uneven white streaks or granular textures on the surface. If you require delivery to different locations, please place separate orders. ✦ Black Cat Home Delivery Information // Black Cat does not deliver on Sundays, so we do not ship on Sundays. // If shipping on a Saturday, as Black Cat does not deliver on Sundays, items shipped on Saturday will not be delivered until the following Monday. This will result in the product losing one day of its shelf life in the logistics warehouse, which can significantly impact items with shorter shelf lives, such as fresh cakes. Please be aware of this. // Once shipped via Black Cat, packages typically arrive at the delivery address the next day. However, during busy periods such as the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New Year, or major online shopping events, delivery may be delayed. ✦ 7-11 In-Store Pickup Information // Once shipped via 7-11, packages typically arrive at the pickup store the day after tomorrow. However, during busy periods such as the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New Year, or major online shopping events, delivery may be delayed. // 7-11 in-store pickup carries a higher risk of product damage. We offer this option to provide customers with convenient pickup choices, but if product integrity is a concern, please do not select this shipping method. . . // Invoice Information // ➊ We do not provide paper invoices or electronic invoices. If required, we can issue a receipt for tax-exempt businesses. . . // Return and Exchange Policy // ➊ According to Article 2 of the "Regulations Governing the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Communication Transaction Dissolution," there are seven circumstances under which the seven-day appreciation period does not apply to communication transactions. The first category includes products that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration upon return or cancellation. Examples include fresh milk and cakes, which typically have a shelf life shorter than seven days, or only slightly longer. Such items are no longer suitable for resale after being returned. ➋ According to Article 2 of the "Regulations Governing the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Communication Transaction Dissolution," the second category includes customized products. Therefore, custom gift boxes are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period. ➌ For food hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or consumed, or have deteriorated due to reasons other than temperature loss during transit, are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. ➍ Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as personal preference, e.g., "it doesn't feel right," "it tastes different than I imagined," or "it should look better," etc. ❺ We meticulously inspect all products before packaging and shipping. If you receive a product with a significant defect or an incorrect quantity (contents) compared to your order, please contact us within two days of receipt so we can promptly assist you. To ensure there is no intentional damage, we recommend recording a video while inspecting the product upon receipt. ❻ In case of severe product defects, we will only replace the item with the same product as purchased.
