1. This photography service does not include wedding dress rentals. If rental services are needed, please inquire with us for recommended vendors. 2. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure you get your desired time. However, while we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, we would appreciate it if you could book at least 4 days in advance. 3. After confirming your order, Snapro will contact you to discuss your photography needs. On the day of the shoot, you and the photographer will meet at the designated time and location. The service time will start from the scheduled shooting time as confirmed in your order. 4. Rescheduling the shooting time due to force majeure or severe weather conditions is free of charge. Please check the weather forecast at least 4 days before the shoot. If the weather does not permit the shoot, please fill out the "Change Shooting Date Form" at least 4 days before the shooting date to reschedule. If adverse weather conditions are only confirmed 1 day before the shoot and you have not been contacted by our customer service, please contact us directly. We will request you to immediately fill out the "Change Shooting Date Form" to reschedule the shooting time. 5. To not disrupt the photographer's subsequent work, please arrive on time and book the required time on the shooting day (it is recommended to book an extra hour to account for unforeseen circumstances). In case of lateness, we cannot provide additional shooting time. Depending on the photographer's availability on the day, you can request additional time and purchase the required hours on the platform.
