1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once your engraving content is finalized.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seats.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared upon order and payment.
5. ART64 Design Store can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
