▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with tax identification number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
