1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
