【About Customization】
Scope: Wine: 1-person portrait engraving + one line of text engraving. Glasses: one line of text engraving.
Drafting: A draft will be provided after payment confirmation. Minor adjustments are allowed. Redrawing or immediate cancellation will incur drafting fees. Additional charges of $100 per image apply for exceeding the scope.
Artwork: If you cancel the order after the artwork is finalized, design fees will apply: Artwork fee $150, Portrait design fee $100/person.
Engraving: By default, all labels are removed and the front is engraved. An additional charge of $100 applies for engraving a different design on the back. Colors can be gold/silver. For additional colors, please communicate with us; each extra color incurs an additional charge of $50.
Timeline: Work will be completed 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after draft confirmation.
