Unclaimed Packages Policy: Malicious non-collection of customized items may result in civil liability, and the owner reserves the right to pursue legal action. Customized products are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, and returns are not permitted. 3. After-Sales Service: Upon receiving your order, please record a video of the unboxing process. Any issues reported more than 24 hours after receipt will not be addressed. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, a refund of 70% of the original price will be issued (30% covers material and labor costs).
