▶ Ticket Sales Terms
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 design studio can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID number, please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
