**＊If you cancel your registration 15 days before class, you will get a full refund.**
***If you cancel your registration 10-14 days before class, only 70% will be refunded.**
***If you cancel your registration 7-10 days before class, only 30% will be refunded**
**＊Cancellation will be notified within 7 days of class, no refunds will be given, and no rescheduling is possible**, it will be made directly by vivi for you, and will be shipped free of charge. You can also have a unique hand-woven bag with your own color matching.
﹡Quota is limited. In order to protect the rights and interests of applicants, priority will be given to those who have completed remittance and reconciliation.
﹡If the number of registrations**for the event does not reach 6 three days before the event start date, the design center has the right to cancel the event and notify the students to change the event or refund.**
*If classes are suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Design Management Committee will proactively contact you to provide a full refund or postpone classes. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.

*Limited to ticket purchasers, please do not bring your companions.
*Admission opens 15 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
*Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, you will be responsible for it yourself.
*If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the design studio, no refund will be given.
﹡The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
